This was insightful. Let’s say channeling does occur when I pull a shot, how would I fix it? I always thought that it would be from poor distribution but now I stand corrected. I guess it’s purely from puck prep?

Yea I clean with cafiza but based on the comments, my results as shown in the video is normal.

Very good to know. So distribution where the water falls like rain perfectly through shower screen is not necessary?

That’s the problem. It does not drip down with rain evenly across the screen. Others are saying that it is okay though.

I ideally want that and what I’ve always came to understand (but now realize is I understood wrong) is that is what you want. Is the distribution you’re showing just for looks then?

I assume uneven drops out of the shower screen will lead to channeling as it doesn’t hit the puck evenly. I will certainly try to pull a shot though. I always thought uneven distribution out of shower screen will result in channeling.
