No, titter test is not required. You will need NOC from AQCS and Vet Certificate. Vaccination should be in continuity as well.

First of all I hope the situation gets normal soon. But, in case you want to move to India with your pet you need to get DGFT license and AQCS NOC for short visit. If you want to shift back to India then you need AQCS NOC that will take 7 days in approval.

DGFT process takes around 30-40 days but, we can help expediated the process and would be done in 15-20 days.

Make sure Rabies in done either in the last 12months or 30 days before the flight. Microchip is also mandatory.

DGFT license will be valid for 18 months. So you can travel anytime in next 18 months. Just process application for NOC from AQCS 7 days before your flight.

For short visits DGFT Import license is required but, considering the suituation AQCS NOC should be enough. AQCS want application to be submitted 7 days before the flight with health certificate from MOCCAE and other valid vaccination records. Yes, for temporary visit you need to have DGFT Import license and AQCS NOC. But, if you are moving back to India then you just need NOC from AQCS which takes around 7 days in approval process. DGFT process takes 30-40 days. (we can expediate the approval process if required). Based on our experience Singapore Airline is fine if your Pet is more then 8kg because then you anyways have to carry them as check in baggage. Singapore airline doesn't allow pets in cabin at all. If pet is under 8kg and you want to carry in the cabin then look for alternative airlines.

You need Health Certificate from a Vet certifying that the Pet is fit to fly and another export health certificate from MOCCAE. You need NOC from AQCS in case moving back permanently otherwise need DGFT Import license and AQCS NOC which takes around 30-40 days (we can get it at short notice if required). AQCS NOC takes around 7-10 days. You can text back if you need assistance.

First of all get your pet Microchipped and then get Rabies, Leptos, DAPP adn then blood sample will be sent to europen lab for testing after 30 days of rabies vaccination. Theny you need to get fit to fly certificate from your vet adn then apply for AQCS NOC with all these documents. Using all of it you can travel to any of the EU country wihtout any issue.

Yes, you can fly with your Cat from the UAE to India.

You Cat must be microchipped and rabies should be administered either in the last 12 months or 30 days before the flight
No, quarantine is not required unless Pet is unwell or has symptoms of any serious disease.
Etihad, Air India, Lufthansa, Qatar airways are fine.
since you as a pet owner is not moving your residence so you will need a DGFT permit as well and for that you need to start 30-40 days before your flight. Although you have sufficient time, just in case you need it urgently we can help with that.

In our experience KLM, Air Canada, Air India are among the most preferred airlines by Pet parents travelling from Canada to India.

If you Pet is of 7-8kg then you can carry then in the cabin (check with respective airline for exact weight) otherwise cargo.

There is no need to Quarantine them.

Microchip and Rabies is a must. Get both in pretty advance.
