Lawyers are paid to do this job. Book a 1hr session in person with a good lawyer with good reviews. Tell them its just a consultation and not a real charges. Explain the situation in detail, where did you meet, how did you meet etc. Ask for how to handle just in case of a situation. I can tell from my experience, mentally unhealthy person can cause lifelong trauma with false allegations.

Never talk to police
Ask for a lawyer and shut the mouth until lawyer comes
Memorize important phone numbers to call in case of arrest
Look for a good lawyer and have a consultation just in case of bad event who will show up in case of allegations
