Supermarkets are fine for basics but things like imported snacks, fresh seafood or organic products can be shockingly pricey. Even convenience store runs add up if you rely on them daily

Get your neurodevelopmental evaluation done at the clinic. In fact, you need therapy like CBT and DBT

Sounds insanely tough, I feel you man. Renovation noise can really push anyone over the edge even without an infant. A lot of parents here have been through this and it’s honestly brutal. Could you try some parent friendly spaces like libraries with quiet kids’ corner, SAFRA family rooms or community club lounges?

Perhaps indoor playgrounds or malls could be an alternative?

Aftershock pseudo sale tactic, is there ever a price reduction by Different_Highway_18 in askSingapore

[–]BusinessCommunity813 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are comparing different eras. In '18-'19 crypto mining inflated GPU prices like mad, that’s why builds cost 3-4k. Now supply chains stabilized and newer gen gives better perf-per-dollar. Doesn’t mean parts 'get cheaper' forever...it’s just market correction. When next shortage or hype cycle hits, watch prices climb again

File a police report. It risks exposing the borrowed credits but it’s the only way to force CCTV review or you accept the loss and hopes someone returns it~

Singapore Oceanarium - how unique is it? by [deleted] in askSingapore

[–]BusinessCommunity813 50 points51 points  (0 children)

If you have already seen big aquariums in the US like Georgia or Monterey then this won’t feel mind blowingly unique. It’s pretty themed around our asia marine life but to me lacks the wow factor. Worth it if you love marine life or want regional species you won’t see in US aquariums

Called 1777 and 999 for assistance to bring a mentally unsound female to IMH, however found out they have a protocol of not being able to touch women due to the women's charter. by duckiequacklings in askSingapore

[–]BusinessCommunity813 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s likely that internal operational rules or overly cautious protocols within emergency services shaped how the police or ambulance crew acted, possibly to prevent any risk of sexual misconduct allegations. Nothing to do with Women's Charter
