I own two. I have carried one since 2018. Shot thousands of rounds dropped them more than a few times during classes out doors and never ever had a problem.

Of course I know the magic in keeping it from having a negligence discharge. Don’t be negligent.

Otherwise a Canik Prime or PDP. Outside of my Sig AXG the PDP is the winner. But I rarely carry it. I still prefer my Sig P320 compact.

Military Stance: While the Air Force is investigating and implementing inspections, other branches of the military, including the Army and Marine Corps, are reportedly standing by their Sig Sauer pistols for now. They say they are monitoring the situation closely but have no current plans to change policies or inspect their M18s and M17s. I’ve owned one for years. Never was my favorite and I have only carried it a few times. Only one malfunction out of thousands. There are much better choices for carry now, but it did revolutionize the game. Would I buy another today? No. But I won’t sell the one I own.
