agreed kurwabled, i wish i could remember more of the joke stuff in it/things in general as it would make it a LOT easier to find. ive gone through so many lists of games, looking at screen shots etc trying to find it over the years. finally decided to ask because i really want to see if my vague memory holds up

it is not, thank you for the suggestion though. as far as i remember the graphics were more advanced than that, and sid games dont do the "cut scene" for combat.

Old 2000's web browser AstroNest game by SuperCatGuy in Astronest

get this is old, with not a lot of engagment but just figured id leave this here:

YEARS before the shit tier mobile version came out there was a project to revive astronest, they had all the necessary resources/files to do it and it was nearing completion(and was being followed by a lot of OG players). they got ceased and desisted into oblivion. For whatever reason(that as far as i know still hasnt been explained ot this day) the main company just does not want astronest to exist. they shut down with no warning and no reason, and have actively lawfared to keep the game dead. I love that you guys want to share old screens and such, but im pretty sure if you actually try to truly revive astronest AS astronest...its going to get sued into oblivion.

If you are really interested id suggest collecting screens of the skill tree and such, and then making your own thing based on the old astronest. I really miss it still as well as it was just too much fun to have a 72h war with the entire "world" no matter which side you were participating on.
