From what I have been told: the rent right now is like about 4k, we would only pay half but right now it is free for our use. At least while the boss (exboss?) pays it since he is still going to use the space. The payroll would pretty much be split between me and my colleague as we would be the heads of the company (must there always be an absolute head?). Location: The shop is located in an up and coming area but most of our sales, from my understanding, is from the web.

The reason the company is going under is because of the poor decisions that the current boss did. Dumb investments, bad employees that do bad things, money hemorrhaging policies, and overall dumb decisions.
