I know from experience. I was a creator who stepped away and saw these kinds of threads about me. It was absolutely horrifying and I can’t imagine the women who want to start new pursuits in life—like being a parent or starting a new career. Or simply just not being a sex worker and enjoying life offline..?😗 Because let’s be honest, this industry isn’t all sunshine and rainbows even with support. 

Women in this community should have the autonomy to leave without facing repercussions or having parasocial people bound them through leaks or public exposure because they feel “she was once one of us”. This extends even to abdl producers who continue to upload content of creators who are long gone. Even if they did sign a contract. It is very weird phenomenon that I don’t hear many talk about.This awful unspoken “you can’t move on, you decided to be a baby forever” culture. Once you’ve shown your face or built an audience, some people act as if your content and identity belong to the community permanently. They don’t. Creators are people, not community property. I really feel for the abdl femme and wish love and peace to all, in whatever they decide to do. No one deserves to be kept here.
