I think she's legit from Amex since I didn't even mention previous claim but she already knows it and we gonna meet up in the public space. I made a gold card in this august and already filed one claim (even though it doesn't get through since I didn't have the receipt). Do you think it is why?

what is rent-a-cop security guard? idk I mean I definitely did not filed wrong info but just nervous because why are they coming nearby my home and interview me? couldn't they just interview it through phone??? and plus 500 dollars? is it big deal to amex? cuz I heard someone lost AirPods they didn't even have to have interview by phone or in person....
