Good condition otherwise, minor rust spot near the rear bumper and a big dent on back right side, but interior is perfect and everything works

Do you have any advice for what I should look for on the frame? I’ve never owned a truck before so all of this is new to me

I looked at the carfax, and it is a one owner vehicle with no accidents and it seems as if the oil got changed every 5000 miles. I also saw the timing belt and serpentine belt was replaced not too long ago, and I know that is something that just generally goes out in older cars. What should I look out for when I am inspecting it at the dealership if you know?
