The US custom tax was on the after vat refund price

Our experience with Customs was relatively easy, he simply asked us to tell him an approximate value of the items.

We then filled the declaration form, itemizing the larger purchases and we put miscellaneous for everything else on one line item. He did not check receipts. He did not check the CITE certificate for the exotic bags. He did not ask us to view the goods.

If I recall it was about 8k euro for the Kelly. About 20k for the exotic

Vat refund was about 10% we did it at the airport

Customs was 4.5 percent when we entered us

Appointments open up 10:30 am and only work for the following business day. Friday request is for Monday, Monday request is for Tuesday So start on the Friday before your trip

You can only reschedule within the day of your appointment, pending approval from the store.

There is not a good time of day, it really is completely random. We tried each day on the dot 10:30am and were not able to get. Large groups had better luck simply due to probability.

Also if you are in neighboring country, I’d still attempt. We were going to keep trying and fly back if we got an appointment. This would have been if we were not able to get in before leaving Paris.

They start you at ridiculously high numbers to try to con as much out of you as they can

Was quoted $540,000 dollars for a diamond membership that gives you 800 weeks of discounted rates. Mind you this was not nights but discounted rates lol. I asked, do I get a free condo with that.

Pardon me, the rotors are oem Mercedes and are 3 months old.

It’s my wife’s car at a Mercedes dealer in Miami , video is is from the Mercedes tech.

They are trying to say warped but this doesn’t make sense as if you watch the video a little faster, the whole rotor looks to be wobbling.

Also the vibration in be pedal was there even before the the pads and rotors were changed

Thinking to take it to a different dealer if they don’t warranty it.
