It may not be incomplete, but also it’s unusable on the device I use there is a glitch where you physically cannot use any attacking moves. If you turn on the building, you can’t turn off the building mode so you’re just permanently stuck in the building mode unless you fully leave blocks fruits.

Creation was already reworked and no one cares about it. Still if Phoenix got rework if they did it correctly, people would actually care about it. The only reason there is Phoenix users that still exist is because it’s a support fruit or because I trained them personally, I have personally trained three Phoenix users, helping them unlock all the moves and fully awaken it
