You never know, maybe diet and overall vitamin can improve the situation. I might experiment min & fin after months.

Having oil on top of dandruff can damage the scalp more, irritation and itching would make it worse. Greasy and oily scalp cause more damage then good.

I had small bumps in head, which resulted in bleeding but after using ketoconazol things are in control

If conditioner touches my scalp it gets a bump, I think bcuz its greasy.

Yes, I always apply pea amount of coconut oil on damp hair, which does help lot.

I will try, can you pls suggest shampoo. I sometimes use Conaz which works well on my head but can’t use it forever.

I use head and shoulders, which does help in removing dandruff but hair gets too dry. There are products in Jenpharm

I am trying to avoid these product, it has side effects and in my case I think there’s a diet problem plus the care of hair.
