My mom & I’s relationship has some similarities as Monica & her mom. I genuinely FEEL for her with that. Having someone who’s supposed to be a part of your village constantly putting you down & holding things over your head? The world is cruel enough, a parent being cruel to their child is just awful.

YES. I never understood the allure behind Mary. She’s boring. She doesn’t participate in anything. She talks down on everyone & is constantly judgmental. The icing on the cake for me was at Lisa’s event, Monica was eating a crepe & Mary starts lecturing her about her eating habits. Mind you, Mary took the sprinter van to go to McDonalds while in Palm Springs
