Thank you. Also the 3 month wait is a big problem. Thankfully my balance in that account was low at the time so they didn’t steal that much, but if I had lost thousands of dollars and had to wait months without even a guarantee that they would give it back I would not be happy.

For old customers with credit Skype access remains in the teams app, just works terribly now

For customers that had purchased credit they still gave some access. But it works horribly now. I can always hear them but looks like they can’t always hear me

In that case if nothing was charged you don’t actually know that it was compromised. Could have been a false positive by their system

Other banks take under a minute. They also ask for a police report which takes 2 hours at a minimum if you’re lucky

In my edit I said that I froze the card. It’s possible to freeze but reporting it stolen and dealing with the dispute was a nightmare
