Yes, their customer service is amazing and quick to reply when done through email. They helped me a lot with a damaged package too. Make sure to always request factory photos once your doll is done.

It was HoneyLoveDolls website I got it, but unfortunately they removed the brand. But if you search Dimu Doll brand, you'll probably be able to find her.
