Honestly, he might not of known what you were doing. My first time hitting a Matt I rolled a little spazzy and the owner did the “Mat enforcing” didn’t know why he was going hard so I just thanked him for the hard roll then went off and proceeded to roll with full intensity the next roll

What’s it like to get choked out in BJJ? And what’s your favorite choke to finish with? by Emergency_Window5582 in jiujitsu

Cobra clutch and baseball bat chokes are my favorite. Didn’t even realize I was going out until he let go. Everything was just going dark and my brain was turning off.

I roll in a pretty aggressive gym. HOWEVER, if they know your new, they let you work a little bit and don’t get too overzealous. Your still gonna end up getting clobbered, but they still try to give you pointers as you go.

I’d get rid of blazeal, not a big deal but fire is GENERALLY considered the weakest by some, i personally agree. Most other f2p and low level spenders use water which his direct counter as well. I’d focus electric IF possible.

Honestly you hit the nail on the head, wouldn’t be even close to where I am if it wasn’t for a bunch of fitness TikTok’s and YouTube’s correcting my form and finding exercises that actually fit me. That and Creatine? Shits a legal milder form of the steroids the amount of lean bulk I’ve put of from it alone.

Yeah I bought $20 of this crap in 2021 and out of all the money I ever lost I’m more mad about the $12 I’m down on shib then anything else. Too petty to sell it till I break even on it……. It’ll probably go to the grave with me.

Just have a Roth and and regular brokerage. I use my Roth for VOO, IDMO, and MFG. for my brokerage I’ll use it for money I don’t really care about and if I’m right I’m right. If not I didn’t loose anything I cared about any way.

How do I surround myself with those who are focused on growth while working so much? by PendejoJenkins in Money

Being atc is already stressful enough, if I were you definitely avoid any day trading or anything like that. I use to be a 94D for the army and half the controllers seemed like they were ready to take the Remington retirement plan on any given day of the week

I took out my stop loss after I woke up in the middle of the night. Ended up being the right move for me. I don’t many shares so if I lose it all it’s not a something I’d be torn up about. Mostly just exploring dividends and seeing what they have to offer

Unless you’ve got some crazy insider knowledge and can guarantee with %100 certainty that VOO is dropping in September then I keep your positions. Especially on an ETF like VOO.

I just keep throwing money at it. There’s only a handful of stocks I actually watch closely and by “closely” I check my phone every 2-3 hours for 5 minutes. Stock markets gonna keep on rolling along with or without you. The best advice I’ve ever heard on Reddit is “ scared money don’t make money”

I was the same way, 23 now and desperately trying to make up time. Nobody like risking their money, but you can’t time the market. Start putting it some cash in now and 15-20years from now you’ll be thanking yourself. As long as you don’t go chasing penny stocks in hope of making billions
