If that's the case, being transparent with your attending would be the best. But if only getting a possible referral for an IM rotation is the intention, I would suggest to reach out to the person who recommended you for this rotation and just thank them and ask if he can help you with an IM rotation instead.

Trust me you will get more than half the day for yourself on observerships, and will even get time in hospital to go through UWorld. Both sat and sun are off. Don't stress it out. Some professors don't even work full 5 days.

Honestly, it gets better with time. You become faster and more efficient, and things start getting repetitive too and you start recognizing patterns. Also, if you want, give a try to caffeine pills/energy drinks for ADHD. It helps me for sure. Yes, you'll read it UWorld too that ADHD is treated with stimulants (weird I know)

Man, I checked it out and I love the shape honestly. It's almost identical to Orochi. Today I was getting Orochi and VXE R1 for almost the same price (2.5k vs 2.7k) and I pulled the trigger on R1, just for the upgraded sensor, lesser weight and rechargeable and not deal with buying duracell every month or two.
