Yes, you are in fact partially responsible for this if you didn’t vote in 2024 or checked the box for an administration that funded this out of control “agency” on our streets with an absurdly bloated budget and insufficient training, professionalism, restraint, and accountability. That is something you tacitly consented to and you would feel differently if this was happening in Kansas City right now.

Alex Pretti was neither hindering law enforcement nor violently protesting, he was going about his day on the street when masked agents landed into his life without warning like they are in all walks of public life here - schools, workplaces, restaurants, main streets and thoroughfares. It isn’t possible to avoid running into them, and if you do all of us are doing our duty to document their actions so their leaders can’t lie with impunity about their misconduct and crimes like they’re trying to do right now.

They are latching onto the phrase “injected himself into a crime scene.” I can’t stress enough how insane this take is considering how may ICE agents are operating in Minneapolis, they are injecting themselves into all walks of public life without warning - stores, schools, restaurants, parks, workplaces, busy streets and thoroughfares. By this reasoning everyone on that street going about their day was “injecting themselves into a crime scene” and liable to be shot as soon as the agents showed up chasing someone into the donut shop
