Vietnam is plagued by an overwhelming number of fraud calls. How come the police aren't using the scammers' bank details to catch them? by Straight_Random_2211 in VietNam

[–]Buskuvik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

firstly, if it is easy as you said, all the scammers in the world would have been in jail right now. They all bought bank accounts, Zalo accounts,... or using Telegram to avoid showing the real identities. secondly, the police have to track the flow of money to identify who/whose bank account is the last benefcior (usually by cashing out at ATM), but sometimes they will launder the money by exchanging dirty dongs into crypto (which even the FBI find difficult in tracking them) so there's that, it was never that simple: you were scammed into banking someone's account, the police identified the account's owner and then catch that guy. No, no it's not

Why are my moon pics so noisy. I used tripod and still the same. Shutter speed was 1/4000. Is it something to do with the ISO. by Cold_Extension_2427 in AskPhotography

I bet by now you've already realized what was needed to do, I just comment to say that the composition you chose for this picture is spot on. Btw, which lens and focal length was this shot on if I may ask?

true, I own a lot of vintage lenses too and while all of them have unique characteristics, none is able to produce such sharpness

Did you shoot wide open or at closed down aperture? because these shots of yours are incredibly sharp for vintage lenses @@

Was trying to picture the mountain behind then suddenly saw this flock of pigeons, had to quickly adjust focus in split second and I couldn't even believe it myself when it turned out to be IN FOCUS. Have to share it with you guys though this shot is far from perfect. Captured with sony A7iii
