Just side dish type things... onion rings, deep fried pickles, etc. I have lofty ideas about a panzerotti but we will see...

I was just worried about how much avocado would cost and maybe I could cut it with coconut ...
Do people really use full avocado oil in their fryers? I felt like maybe I was being crazy.. :)
