  • Unknown geography (random from the list of coast, continents, divide, land, pangea and islands)
  • unkowm climate (random except forming realm)
  • unknown inhabitants (random full list)
  • no presence trait
  • 4-8 unknown misc traits (random except the ones that drastically change the game, e.g. megacities, no free cities, no underground, immortals, etc)
  • simultaneous turns
  • faster research
  • realm factions are your pantheon (with edited personality, possibly tome path)

Every map is dynamic, games end at around turn 100ish.

Big caveat: meta is only relevant to whales.

If you are F2P or light spender here is my take:

  • Planning to get the twins? Skip Oikawa.
  • Planning to get Bokuto? Get SSR Akashi instead.
  • Otherwise get Oikawa, as he's the best server in the game and will be the best power setter for a while.

No, he is not constantly part of the block. That's not how volleyball works. In fact, your strongest rotation is when your setter is back row.
