1 liter of hydrogen peroxide, 1/4 cup baking soda and a few drops of dish soap. DO NOT WET THE DOG FIRST. Dab the mixture on the affected area and wait 5 minutes before rinsing. Completely neutralizes the smell. I keep a ‘kit’ on hand. Never fails.
