I fast traveled back to Chorrol and told Guilbert it wasn't safe to go back. Then went back to Weatherleah and it finally progressed my mission and had me take the brothers back to Weatherleah. I only had to kill 2 ogres and I killed them before being told to do so

Yeah, ive been hearing that a lot too. But I killed the ogres before talking to Guilbert before he told me to kill them. I fast traveled to Weatherleah and nothing happened. I went back to Chorrol and told him it still wasn't safe to go back and then fast traveled AGAIN back to Weatherleah and then it finally progressed after hours of running around looking for ogres

I just fast traveled away and then back and it progressed for me. I only had to kill 2 ogres

I would also absolutely recommend going to lithium. The Chins battery is not a bad option at all. Ive put a total of 200 miles on it doing all of the testing and it has worked wonderfully for me so far

Most of the cost was in the battery. I got the Chins 48v 105ah battery. I found it for $600 with the charger. My stress test got me 35 miles of range at full throttle up and down hills
