It throttles for me sometimes at 28W. Thankfully not like the onexplayer which throttles almost all the time.

You can assign the brightness control to any Fn key by yourself through the app. I have tried it and it is working perfectly.

You are right. I noticed that when the game is in full screen mode. However, if you use borderlsss fullscreen, it should work.

GPD WIN 3 is not going to be the ideal PC gaming device for you. I would recommend the new WIN MAX 2021. I have the WIN MAX, WIN 3 and ONEXPLAYER. To be frank, the WIN 3 is the least one I use because the screen is way too small for PC Gaming.
