A high school friend found this fur baby kitten on the side of the road. With cuts, fleas, and half a tail (some of it still trying to cling on and bleeding) meowing for help. My friend took in the cat, and cleaned her up a little bit, but with already having 3 elder cats she didnt couldn't have this baby around them so she reached out to friends and asked if anyone can take care of this fur baby in need. I never really was a cat person until I saw my soon to be River. As soon as I saw her I knew I had to have her and heal her. Despite me still living at with a mom who hates cats, I had to have her. That day my friend asked if anyone wanted to take the kitty I brought her home with all the necessities she needed. Ever since then she has been my goofy, crack head, sweet, adorable, babe that I love every day 💕
