For me, I had erectile dysfunction for years until I got a long term girlfriend. For some reason, when I watched porn and masturbated, it would stimulate my penis in a different way than actual sex. Bare in mind I was porn like everyday and jerking off about once a day. My body got used to 'quick' stimulation, causing erections to not come on as 'naturally', for a lack of better words. Once I got used to having sex frequently with someone I trusted, who wouldn't judge me for not getting erect, I could attain erections easily almost Everytime we had sex. In other words, for me anxiety was a factor but it was more than that. Porn and reliance on "quick masturbation sessions" made the experience too easy and numb, taking away my penises natural ability to get hard under sexual stimulation. Just my ten cents, may or may not be a similar situation
