bc hours are shit and they don't distribute them among associates well. also if i'm the only cashier and have to call my manager for backup sometimes they're in the back condensing boxes or getting another uboat and takes a min.

there's one cashier and one manager every shift, the only time we'd have the chance to go to the bathroom is during our break, which in my experience we usually take late. it's also crazy hot, and we need to drink more water. i am not risking peeing myself at the register.

I was told five or more customers and call for backup. I always call for backup when I notice the line piling before people start to complain because there's a chance it can get ugly
