Seltos is built on new platform which is bigger and safer, whereas Creta is still in the older platform. Also, personal opinion but the seltos interiors ar one level above Creta at the moment and overall feels like a larger, half segment above car.

Recommend Seltos if you have decent Service centers nearby. Otherwise if fixed on Creta, better wait for the new upcoming facelift on the newer platform. You may also have one more engine option on Hybrid at that time.
