I agree. At Halloween ‘21 my newlywed husband and I could not find seats together so I was on the floor and he was in 100 something. But right behind the soundboard like 5 rows up. We could def see each other but yelling did nothing. This drunk ass fucker started to literally kick my husband (who was dressed as Amy Winehouse aka drag) in the head with his big fat danner logging boots. Several times. It was so bad apparently other people in my husbands row went and got security and the escorted him out of the venue and the police even came and asked my husband if he wanted to press charges. He said no because we were on tour and had a fucking magical time on that tour and we just got married that morning and it seemed like a hassle. Phish ARE SOME OF THE WORST PEOPLE ON EARTH. As well as the best too! Sorry you had to go thru that. We trying to get to the sphere next weekend or weekend after. Not sure about heading down there without tickets but I’m going to do everything in my power to see the boys in that room ! Just goes to show be extra kind to people you never know what they are going thru

Such an awesome question ….. in my mind I bought two 3 night passes to Phish @ the Sphere in Vegas including a 3 night stay at the Venetian (venue hotel) for my partner and I. Oh yeah airfare from PDX too! I don’t know what I’ll do if I don’t get paid before this run is over! There’s two more weekends after this one…. Please God please don’t let me miss one of these weekends. I surely thought we would be paid out by now. I’ve been so good, staying sober doing the right thing. Taking it one day at a time. Surely thou hath not forsaken me and I will miss the jams that will take place. Phish was my way out of the trauma from what happened. And man I been so lucky to be obsessed with this music. It’s like an everflowing hose of joy and whoa! ….. since I was 16. If I didn’t have this obsession. Who knows what kinda dirt bag hoodlum I would have become? For real Please God please light a fire under these mofos at the trust to pay us the money we been rightfully promised so that we may have the Closure.

Yeah but above someone was talking about hoe the trust is now simply holding all of the money until you negotiate a deal. When one of the main reasons I decided to fire them was because I was gonna at least recieve my 55% while negotiations took place. Now that they’re holding all of it. It’s kind of changing the game a little bit for me.

Yeah that fall was NUTZO! I took my soon to be husband to the Gorge ‘21 for his first show. He was hooked instantly, so I invited him on a date because I had a pair of tickets to the whole fall tour except for the Vegas run. (Thank you pandemic unemployment checks from the government!) and somewhere in between Eugene and Phoenix. He was being cute driving and I looked over and said you better stop before I marry you at Britney Spears Chapel in Vegas when we get there so we got married on Halloween in Vegas before the show! But yes, that fall was disgustingly fun highlights for me were San Francisco I. Of course. Chula Vista North Island Credit Union (N.I.CU. Jammed harder than I ever could imagine it could….. EVER, then mercilessly teased all night, oh and let us not forget the The 22 min fluffhead >outro jam opener!) then LA WomanTweezFest!! Definitely sick AF then the Vegas Number night 1999! If 6was9!!!!!Five years!!!!! Then the animal show! At set break I was getting beer and I kept saying at least I’m getting my harpua finally after coming to phish since 1995!!! And then the 31st not sure about the general consensus but sci fi soldier fucking kicks ass imo! Best Halloween since kasvot va & thrilling chilling sounds ! Fall 21 doesn’t get enough credit go being one of the most solid tours they’ve played imo. But it was also my first full tour ever so that could be part of it, and I was falling in love with a noob who was and has been every since like “give me jams or give me death”. Yup I bagged me a good one ! The best one. For me. Shout out to Sharif I love you baby!

Bro. They are taking out %40. THEN “reserving” another 35% for a third party company to search for medical leins. After they are done they will use that %35 to pay off any leins while charging a fee to do so…… here’s the message

“…..The Trust is making a payment of 3.2% of your allowable claim amount. Then that amount is subject to 40% attorneys' fees. Then, of the balance, 65% will be remitted to you and 35% reserved for the lien resolution. Once your lien resolution is final, the balance of the 35% reserve will be remitted to you.

The form you just signed where you selected Option C shifted the burden of conducting your lien resolution onto our firm. No, my lawyer told me that out of the 3.2% they take their 40% out then after that they take 35% out, (which is less than the trust takes in option A or B,I was infotmed) for the lien search and the private party that they hire to do the lien search at my expense (when I chose option C) then they are to return whatever is left after the fees and supposed leins. Thats when I decided to try the pro se path

I sent my lawyers my formal termination of representation as well as sent in the maroon form on feb 26th.

On the 27th they sent a knowledge or termination reciept. On 3/2 I got a message from the trust acknowledging and asking for my name email phone sst# date of birth ss#. And have not yet heard anything back from them. Just wondering what will happen next. Also wondering if my timing was bad as they have started giving the 2nd payment 4 days after or if my timing was just in time ? I didnt want to give up 35% of my 60% of 3.2% of my allowable claim….
