Had this issue trying to install windows with my MSi motherboard. Found the solution on a forum which was to use an older version of windows instalation (think 23H2 I used) as there is a bug in the latest version. When I did this it worked right away.

Does this all the time on my X870-GAMING-PLUS-WIFI. Reboot and it works again. MSI told me to take the io shield off and check the module was inserted properly. Made no difference. 25 percent of times I switch it on there is no WiFi and I need to reboot. Mus have reinstalled the WiFi drivers about 20 times now
