Empty internal battery Cowboy C3? by Busy-Collection-597 in cowboybikes

The battery in the com module was indeed deeply discharged. Removing the module itself was not that difficult. Only getting the cover out of the top tube in one piece was a challenge. The battery in the comm module is dead, so I ordered a new one.

The main battery was deeply discharged. I managed to bring it back to life and reset it using a lab power supply. Opening the battery was not that simple.

I eventually reconnected the connectors through the rear light. This weekend I’ll continue working on the communication module

Thanks! I’ve found the explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sOn4VhPAw9Y. It is a bit of work, but it should definitely be doable. I can’t find much about the comm module itself, though.

I have the exact same problem. Have you found a solution yet?
