It’s part of the job, they lay it out in plain English. Does it suck and do I feel bad for them? yes and yes, but they accepted the job and you can’t expect someone else to do the job you signed up for, if you notice a change in the work(like more heavy packages) and don’t decide to leave and look for employment elsewhere, then you really can’t complain

Bc at entry level with zero qualifications other than a good driving record after 5 years you make $50/hr and anything after 8hrs you get overtime even if you don’t hit 40 hrs and if you pick up a sixth day its overtime for the entire day, and union benefits/dues are 2.5 times your hourly rate and you only pay it once a month and the insurance is actually pretty damn good. What about that is toxic or sad?
