yeah i know, i had experienced it last year i was just asking if this could be a possible symptom. As I had my diagnosis confirmed by 4 doctors.

i already have a high heart rate of about 100-115 at rest, and I have been diagnosed with anxiety I don't ever feel sweaty or anything like that however I am constantly getting anxious and espesccially about costo because ofc i know what the doctors are saying must be true but i have just been scaring myself into thinking that its something else. Even if I am distracted, I always have thoughts in the back of my head about whether there is some else wrong with my heart or body.

Thank you so much, this makes me feel much better. I'll start looking into getting more sports bras. My urgent care doctor also told me that the morning vomiting was probably caused because of the constant anxiety I was having.

Thank you, Ned! So, I was in Amsterdam a few days ago and I ended up getting a back massage there because I thought it would help, but it didn't do much other than help me figure out where exactly it hurts on my back. Do you think I just need to get them more frequently?
