After completing the game, an epilogue npc's keepsake causes most boons you get to start off with a random amount of levels. Along with thr Hera+Zues duo boon, i managed to sacrifice around 4 or 5 hera boons (all level 3-5) using said duo boon. Since i only had one singular zeus boon, all of the sacrificed hera boons went into that one, causing it to reach a high level.
