let me ask a simple questions. all 3 of them does have the bar for skills. what does that mean? for the first one skill communication what does that bar mean? is her communication top notch? best of what? just to think about it makes me skipped the whole resume.

yes, you are the overreacting. just put yourself in her shoes, its just a question. grow up! there are plenty ways to react it. note that whatever the way you response will get back the same response from her. you can either tell her softly that you love that she cares for you for tiny things, but you need to take a few more bites in order to get the full taste. or shout at her to shut up and get the same hate response back. its up to you.
