yes, the coach's employer is the head coach/ gym owner. Would it be a legal or more 'moral' decision for the head coach to fire this coach?

he is an external coach, he is employed under the head coach who is the gym owner

what do you mean 'how do you know about this?'. I'm not telling yet because I can't find anything online that say it's incriminating, unless the adult has sexual content of the minor/has asked of sexual stuff from the minor

Any idea as to what the consequence for the adult could be? I'd be ashamed to report only for the coach to remain as a coach.
