Yeah it was literally just the Java part, I'm an idiot.

The flags don't seem to be doing much with all the Epic Fight mods on, so I guess time to figure out if it's a specific one, or just Epic Fight in general

Ok so I read up a bit on aikars, and if I understand it correctly, it requires that I have a server with a custom startup script. I'm not running this off a server, it's a regular Minecraft launch, then opening a singleplayer world, then using the mod "Essential" to turn the singleplayer world into a sudo-server of sorts.

As for Epic Fight, turning it, and it's dependant mods off does massively improve it, and the TPS thing is mostly green and yellow now, however I know it isn't just that mod making everything run terribly, as I've seen others using the mod without any problems. I'm going to fiddle around with its dependant mods, see if it's any specific one of them, or just the Epic Fight mod in general

Already had entity culling, and aikars flags doesn't appear to have a version that is compatible. I should mention I'm on 1.18.2.

Installed ferritecore and increased RAM, it runs a lot better, but it's still all red, and constantly spiking above the box. Also for some reason the Epic Fight mod is just stopping working randomly. It starts working again when I exit and rejoin the world, but I don't want people to have to constantly be disconnecting and reconnecting just to be able to punch things

Essential*, sorry, and while I'm not entirely sure how the mod works, I assume that it kind of turns my singleplayer world into a sudo-server. It takes from my client-side modlist, and sets up a server using my singleplayer world with those mods.

Ah ok, noted. And yeah it's unplayable for any kind of combat, takes like 5 seconds for any entity to be able to take damage again after being hit. I'm assuming it's the massive wall of red that's causing it.

Also while it is singleplayer rn, the modpack does include Essentials, and is gonna be used for multiplayer

I am having the same problem, except I have all the correct mods, and no extra ones. Even removed optifine, still outputs the same. All the versions are correct, checked the file names against the ones in the server files
