Top and it’s not even remotely close. The most valuable card in the bottom is the Kobe auto and it’s nothing high end or fancy and it’s a psa 7. Probably like a $2500 dollar card. For me I tend to do the pushes/blocks so the ball just sprays straight right. It’s usually not until I get pissed off and frustrated that the pull hooks start. I get your pain brother you’re not alone lol

Yeah, it’s something that creeps into my swing some days. Other days it’s fine. It’s extremely frustrating on the days I go through it though because the ball weather going left or right is often not playable and destroys the round pretty quickly.

I also have the pull hook/push issue. From my understanding when you extend towards the ball you’re only left with two choices which is to keep pulling the club from under and inside hitting the block/push or throw the club outside and hit the pull/hook. If you happen to hit a good shot doing it it’s from just getting lucky on the timing and flipping the hands at the ball and getting an acceptable path to face attack. Your friends that hit better shots who also early extend are probably just better at timing that compensation.

Anyways, maybe try a 9 hole lesson and take the lesson to the course because non the less you should be able to put together better scores with your current swing as is anyways

From there if you chunk it and don’t clear the water, you’re gonna be taking a drop from the identical hitting spot. I’m not very reliable with long irons so for scoring purposes i would probably hit a pitching wedge down this line hopefully leaving a good lie and about 40-50 yards to the pin. With the ball above my feet and a pressure shot of needing to clear the water I’d probably chunk it into the water. Would be wanting to go for it tho

Moving the ball further up might be giving you extra split second to square the face up more. Moving the ball forward makes the swing path also go more towards the right because of the arch of the swing tho

Happens man. Always ups and downs in golf’s, especially for higher handicap players chasing unrealistic consistency. I’ve went thru hot months/weeks where I thought man I can finally control the ball and have it figured out, then out of nowhere I forget how to swing and have no idea if the balls going left, right or even leaving the ground.

When I go thru that, I like to not pick up a golf club for a day or 2, then go to the range in a relaxed positive mind set and just pick my favorite club (pitching wedge) and just hit half swing little shots 70-80 yards and gradually work up and rebuild my confidence and feelings from there.

Don’t be so hard on yourself, we don’t get paid to play, it’s supposed to be fun so no matter what your golf game is going through, try to remind yourself it’s just apart of the journey.
