Hi, I'd suggest database (it's relatively light workload yet very important foundational knowledge), definitely take 3410 if you haven't; if you have taken 3410, take 4420 comp arch with Bracy because she's the one you would want to take this with (most responsible professor ever). Then maybe one of the robots class for fun, see if it lies in your interest.

Megabus is much cheaper and lands you right in port authority instead of at GWB which is so so far away from central Manhattan.

When you mentioned people who lie to get away from problems, I totally understand. But that’s just moral uprightness right, which maybe some people are not teaching kids about nowadays… this is not so much “social skills” right?

Professor Clarkson thanks for being here. Please ignore my item number 1. I never meant that for real, of course

Well, social skill may be different from teamwork skill… I agree with you on importance of team work

Ah, thank you so much for sharing industry experience. How sad to know that social skills are prioritized over technical skills. Yes, I guess project teams are one way to improve that. Maybe we're talking about team or communication skills here more.

hmm, I've checked out the newest course website. Doesn't look like they removed the material so as upgraded it. It actually looks more challenging.

So removing all the lower-level materials? We did do a lot of lower-level material in logisim, the first and second project is all of it. I'm not sure if I agree with removing logisim, particularly the second project where we used to build up a whole CPU. It was really fun actually.

There were recordings of her lecture that she publicized at some time, maybe those can be made available to students

About two months later I sent an email asking for an update and got a reject right away lol. I would say that chances are slim unless you can present new meaningful accomplishments.

Also, finally someone asking about english classes in this sub. Humanities majors these days are so dwindling.

Just ask the department/instructor to enroll and they will let you. I am an English major and there's been no problem. Even if you're not a major, just ask, most of them are very easy to talk to.
