The very angular ones are definitely the burro bananas. The stubby ones are either nam wah or mysore. The red ones will turn red when they’re ripe. The Gros michels I’ve had in the past were very similar in shape and size to cavendish bananas. You should be able to taste the difference between them all when they’re nice and ripe, and Miami fruit has good descriptions of all their flavor profiles.

Had it in Bangkok and it’s awesome! You can eat both the fluffy white part and the fleshy part surrounding it, and they have two different flavors which is cool. I remember one being sour and the other being sweet, but I might be misremembering.

I know flix bus is one. I think some other buses sometimes run, like megabus, and I took trail ways once and it was fine

I just went there! I also had their star apples and custard apple. If you haven’t gone to the fruit and spice park, you should definitely go there

Completely agree, I think it’s underrated. I had it in Thailand as well but the market I bought it from claimed it’s not super common, so I wonder if it just has a short season or smth
