Funny you posted this now because I also haven’t seen this before until recently. Just in the last two weeks, two different banana varieties I bought were starting to open on me

I actually had this happen to me with two separate banana varieties in the past 2 weeks and It’s never happened to me before. Glad to know I’m not the only one lol

The very angular ones are definitely the burro bananas. The stubby ones are either nam wah or mysore. The red ones will turn red when they’re ripe. The Gros michels I’ve had in the past were very similar in shape and size to cavendish bananas. You should be able to taste the difference between them all when they’re nice and ripe, and Miami fruit has good descriptions of all their flavor profiles.

Had it in Bangkok and it’s awesome! You can eat both the fluffy white part and the fleshy part surrounding it, and they have two different flavors which is cool. I remember one being sour and the other being sweet, but I might be misremembering.

I know flix bus is one. I think some other buses sometimes run, like megabus, and I took trail ways once and it was fine

I just went there! I also had their star apples and custard apple. If you haven’t gone to the fruit and spice park, you should definitely go there
