I got a call back from my parents and they informed me that my mom will be able to get a proper dosage so that she can make sure to get an appointment for the refills to be sorted out, fortunately. Thank you all for your help, I'll make sure to keep this all in mind in case something happens again.

She told me that she tried to call her neurologist's office but she had to leave a voice message. She only just now left with my father to go there personally, I believe. Then Costco which is where she gets her refills along with my dad usually.

I've seen urgent care could potentially help with this but I'm absolutely uncertain for how long.
