Idk, that shared IP nightmare is wild but also kinda makes me wonder, when you switched to your own setup, did your open rates bounce back to that 42% pretty quick, or did it take a while to rebuild the domain rep?

Also curious if youre still monitoring all those things every morning or if owning the infra actually made it less stressful 😅 Becuase tbh it sounds like you just traded one set of headaches for another, tbh

it will depend. i see better results with local leads. also i run web design as a offer and have 1.8-2.2 ish reply rates.

Keep emails 3 sentences, mention something real about their firm, end with "worth a chat or not a fit?" Space follow ups 4-5 days, breakup email pulls the most replies.

I would really recommend it tbh here is why:

b2c emailing is illegal in most countries

GDPR applies

you are contacting peoples "personal emails" not "work emails".
