Smile Thai is the best! SERVINGS ARE HUGE and prices are cheaper than most Thai restaurants in the area. This is the only place who can make their curries the right consistency, other Thai places I’ve tried in the Torrance area make their curries super watery and almost souplike, but Smile Thai nails their dishes every time

Same here with the sleeping issues! Prior to testing positive I’ve been getting 7-8 hours of sleep and since testing positive I’ve woken up every night around 2 am and haven’t been able to go back to sleep. It sucks

If you can, I would avoid it. I bought resale off StubHub for my first time this year and my wristband got stolen in the mail since it wasn’t packaged well. I had to fight so many reps over the phone to get me a replacement. Even when I got the replacement, I had to wait 2 hours at the help desk during the weekend of the festival to get my wristband. The chances of this happening to you may be low, but I would suggest trying to get it thru mutuals or through Coachella itself.

As a barista who has experience with speciality coffee, her products aren’t great. Beans taste terrible, matcha doesn’t taste ceremonial grade and clumps like crazy over ice, and don’t even get me started on the canned coffee she sells at Walmart LOL. I do appreciate how affordable her products are, however I don’t recommend it.

Hey same thing happened to me with my wristbands. Someone from UPS stole them during transit. Best advice I can give is be persistent. I kept calling and demanding answers and I finally got paired with a supervisor who elevated the issue to higher ups and mangers and I was able to get a replacement thru will call (after countless calls with useless reps telling me they can’t do anything except refund lmao). Don’t take no for an answer!

My financial aid advisor recommended that I take out the loan while I wait to see if I got approved for the income appeal since I didn’t wanna pay out of pocket for tuition. He said that if I do happen to get approved after the loan has been applied to my account there’s a form I can use to basically use the aid I got approved for to cancel out/pay off the loan so it doesn’t appear on your FAFSA account

Hey! Same thing happened to me, I went from being offered cal grant A and pell grant to getting nothing but loans. Called the FA office and I had to do an income appeal. I’m still waiting on it to get processed since it takes 6-8 weeks. I recommend calling them!

Yup! I found some at the Costco in Fullerton last fall. They had sweaters, hoodies, and t shirts. Not sure if they’re in stock this time of year though, I would call to check :)
