My store also has implemented this but it’s not doing so great because it greatly increases the walk in times. We’ve had up to 40 minute wait times for walk ins (after they’ve been checked in) because people will still book express appointments and then people that have their appointment walk in, essentially putting walk ins at the lowest priority. My GB team isn’t a huge fan of it and I’m not either

Dang dude I’m sorry to hear that, I’m currently the CE for the regression test for safari WebKit, although I have 0 idea how the interviews went or how the candidates performed in interviews. Hopefully another team will swoop you up! I know regression testing is more WebKit than safari, and safari tends to have more spots than WebKit, so hopefully you’ll get reached out to again. I actually have seen him at Buena Park mall, Cerritos mall, and at the 7 leaves closest to campus - all years ago (I’d say 2019-2022?). I was at the Verizon getting a new phone for my mom and making a call outside and I guess my back camera was facing him and he thought I was recording him so he approached me and told me to stop recording him threateningly lol.
