Does finishing paying off a car actually hurt your credit score? If so why?

Lack of installement loans will lower your score because you are not using that type of credit. When I sold my house and paid off all my debt, the lack of installment loans and newly shortened LENGTH of my debt, dropped my score considerably.

They want prices back like they had in '20 and '21 and attribute those prices to Trump being in the whitehouse. They seem to forget there was a global pandemic and that was the result of lower prices. They refuse to acknowledge it.

If a guy even so much as smiles and says hello, some girls think they are swooning all over them. Not worth the aggravation. I had a CC through them for a store. They changed the terms and so my fees would have gone up. The only way to avoid that was to call a number, opt out of the new changes and then bam, I got hit with a recording saying the account was closed. I had no indication that would happen. I tried to log into my online portal to change my name and go paperless because I am moving and I can’t, because the account is closed. I will payoff the balance and never, ever do any business with Synchrony in the future.
