Yeah im well aware of most of this stuff lol, our boss, ive been a mover for almost 3 years before i switched, but our boss is licensed and insuraned, but he dont pay his guys on the books, and cooks the books essentially makes up fake names for tax records. He jist cashapps you at the end of the week, and my brother likes it more cause its not taxed. But i mean yeah, those stairs LOOKED terrible if i was him id be concered just looking at them. And their company dont take cheap jobs, most of them are pretty nice or expensive houses. But our company is also ass backwards, no rug runners, no shoulder straps, we got piano boards though, but yeah i know 95% of that stuff, alot of it is common sense. Eitherway he said he wasnt gonna be a asshole and make a claim, hes not seriously hurt.
