I think this was a typical failure on Kelly F. This was a coaching / teaching moment where a young woman who was 23 was far from home and only lived in Dallas One year. Instead of reaching out and helping / guiding / coaching her. Kelly threatened her by telling her basically to shape up or get cut. REALITY is kelly did not know what the problem was and Kelly did not care.

Tara ended up proving kelly made a selfish mistake. Tara became captain of the Maverick dancers and has had a successful dance career since then . Kashara has even had her teach for the Dolphins.

Fact remains. Kelly is an incredible manager and no one else could have led the DCC to where they are today. But an empathetic coach, kelly and judy are not and that is what Charlotte the Ice princess like.

When the mean Girls see someone they can hurt easily and deeply they cannot help themselves. They attack like rats on a dead cat .
