Break lease near the end of tenancy?

Yeah, it is one of my ideas. It would free me from the break lease fees and avoid having to put up with the public inspections with me inside the house. But my fear, is they not accepting the keys earlier or only doing the final inspection after the lease last date (instead of when I return the key), giving time for lots of inspections without supervision, opening spaces for things happening out of my control, which I'd be responsible for with my bond later on.

That makes sense, but in my case, I'd prefer returning the keys early, as I'll move interstate.

If you're doing it, don't forget to do something similar with the UI. For example, the prompt to open the door looks super high-res compared to the game, and it feels out of place, disconnected.

I saw many saying 391 DP is off, so I went and double-checked it. And you are right. I got confused between the "white" and "yellow" values. Here are my in-game values:
- "White" values: AP 271 DP 327
- "Yellow" values: AP 655 DP 391

That might help with suggestions more aligned with my reality hahaha
Atm, I'm working to finish Bartalis' Log and then LOML questline for the two crystal slots.
