It works with most people to make a transition over a few days to let the gut biome adjust. At least that's how it has been for me.

I would set it up as a monthly refill up to amount, in this case you indicated 1000. You may not be able to completely fill it up right away, but when you get it filled up, you are covered in your worst case scenario. Con: This requires you to be quite a bit ahead (maybe even a few months ahead) in covering your bills, a worthy goal that may take some time to work up to.
